Marcus and I are trying daily to choose healthier options when it comes to our meals. And while that’s great for us, unfortunately our kids aren’t exactly on the same wave length. Maybe one day... so when mom and dad are having salads for dinner I whip up these quick little pizzas using nan bread I picked up at Costco. Ingredients Nan BreadMarinara or Pizza SauceMozzarella Cheese Preheat your oven to 350 Take your nan bread and spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each one. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Put in the oven for 12 minutes. And you’re done! *BOOM* No you don’t need two pans... I forgot one was in there when I heated the oven so I just stacked them. HAPPY EATING!
